On October 16, 2020 in France, high school teacher Samuel Paty was killed for showing his students an image of the Muslim prophet Mohammed during a lesson on freedom of expression. A Chechen refugee , suspected of being the father of a student at the school, paid two students to identify the teacher for him after school so he could follow and kill him. 🔪

On October 21, President Macron made a statement about the murder during a ceremony dedicated to Mr. Paty. During his speech, Macron denounced those involved in the murder as cowards and barbarians, and defended freedom of expression, saying "We will not abandon caricatures" in reference to Mohammed's drawing. Macron's statements sparked protests across Iran, including outside the French embassy in Tehran. 💥

On October 27, the Persian newspaper Vatan-e-Emrooz published its issue 3057, with a caricature of President Macron drawn as the devil, with red skin, long pointed ears and evil features. The cartoon was then widely distributed online. The same day, Twitter user Frederic_Molas uploaded a photoshopped version of the issue's cover featuring the "M" Majin acronym on the front of the DBZ cartoon. The post received more than 4,200 retweets and 23,900 likes in one day. 📨

WHO IS DABRA IN DBZ?

Dabra DBZ

As you could see, the caricature of Emmanuel Macron is mixed with a character from Dragon Ball Z, Dabra . But who is this character who hasn't appeared much in anime? Why did the Attic player use this character and not another? We will explain everything to you. 😉

Dabra (or Dabura in the Funimation dubbed version) is a villainous antagonist in the Dragon Ball Z manga and anime. He is the king of the Demon World , whom Babidi brainwashed into becoming his right-hand man until ' upon Majin Boo's arrival, hence the "M" Majin mark on his forehead.

Everything he spits turns to stone. He can also breathe fire and use deadly swords or spears. Despite being a Demon King, Dabura will be outclassed by the main antagonist of the DBZ Story Arc, Majin Boo, and his protagonists when in their transformed states. 🥵

WHAT IS A MAJIN IN DBZ?

In the Japanese anime series Dragon Ball Z, the Majin (魔ま人じん), often translated as "demon person", are a race of demonic entities. In Dragon Ball Fusions , they are considered part of the "Offworlder" race. 😈

Majin had his first appearance via the character Majin Ozotto on the cover of "Fathers", then a significant on-screen presence through Majin Boo in the 460th chapter of the Dragon Ball manga. They make their first appearance in the anime with the same character in episode 232 of Dragon Ball Z and thanks to the Buu arc known worldwide to be one of the best moments of the DBZ anime. 📺

The Majin race was also acclaimed by the appearance of Majin Vegeta in the DBZ saga.

The most recognizable Majin character is the Majin subspecies created by Mr. Boo and Miss Boo , although several other members of the Majin species who are not part of this subspecies also appear throughout the series. In any case, this race never bodes well in the saga and is seen as a relatively demonic and manipulative species, so don't go near it! 😶
